Job description

Position Summary:
The IT Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing front line services, and onsite activities to include: installations, general service, and IT Support. Excellent skills in electronics, software troubleshooting, and networking are required along with excellent communication skills. This role requires strong client relationship management and customer service skills. The shift for this role is Tuesday through Saturday working 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Helpdesk support
Required Skills/Abilities:
Microsoft/Apple OS comprehension
Troubleshooting
Microsoft 365
DUO Administration
Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma and at least 4 years of relevant experience

  • Experience at in-field installation and client facing support position

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365

Preferred Skill/Abilities:
  • A+ Certified (or similar).

  • Network+ (or similar)

  • Knowledge of VOIP systems

  • Prior experience in health care is an asset.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs
