Job description

Position Overview:
  • This position will assemble rotary hoses to precise specifications while adhering to all quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Accurately enter required data into the computer system.
  • Construct hoses according to documented product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records as needed.
  • Locate and understand relevant procedures and forms.
  • Removing cap and lock rings and reapplying molded caps to hose.
  • Applying final rubber cover and brand to hose.
  • Wrapping hose for curing.
  • Must be familiar with, and follow, all standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of how and where to locate procedures and forms relevant to this position.

Qualifications:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.
  • Must meet the Qualified Job Rate in training determined by Department Supervisor.
