The Billing Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries and issues related to charges, update and process payments, monitor billing emails, and provide backup support to job/data entry specialists.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries regarding charges and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Processing and maintaining our license employees.
  • Process and update payments efficiently.
  • Monitor and respond to billing-related emails in a timely manner.
  • Provide backup support to job/data entry specialists as needed.
  • Handle billing inquiries via phone and take payments over the phone.
  • Process and maintain customer cancellations with accuracy.
  • Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of customer and employee information.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain an understanding of customer agreements and billing procedures.
  • Manage data entry in spreadsheets and reports, including installation jobs in the accounting system.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Participate in special projects and complete other duties as assigned.
Education/Qualification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experinece is required for this role.
  • Ability to type at a speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Strong proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment.
  • Understanding of clerical procedures and systems, including recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Other Duties:
  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
