Job Title: Part-Time Billing Specialist
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Approximately 22.5 hours/week
Location: Waco, TX area
Pay: $15.75/hr

Crouch Staffing Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Billing Specialist for a local company in the Waco, TX area. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and prior QuickBooks experience.
The Billing Specialist will assist with billing, invoicing, payment tracking, and general administrative support. Candidates must be organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, process, and review customer invoices
  • Enter billing information accurately into QuickBooks
  • Track payments and assist with account follow-up as needed
  • Maintain organized billing records and documentation
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and general office support
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff
  • Review billing details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when needed
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Prior QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required
  • Previous administrative or office experience is required
