Location: All Motors โ€“ 29 Newbury Street, Peabody, MA 01960
Department: Sales / Customer Relations
Reports To: Sales Manager or General Manager
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends Required | On-Site

Position Summary

All Motors is seeking a motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our growing team as a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative.
This position plays a key role in driving dealership growth by managing inbound and outbound leads, setting quality appointments, and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and organized โ€” with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a genuine desire to help customers throughout their buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to all phone calls, internet leads, text messages, and social media inquiries โ€” in both English and Spanish.

  • Engage customers with accurate information on vehicles, promotions, and financing options.

  • Provide consistent follow-up and maintain relationships with potential buyers and past customers.

  • Manage and update customer information accurately within the dealership CRM system.

  • Conduct 80โ€“100 outbound calls or texts per day to generate interest and set appointments.

  • Follow up on missed appointments and unsold leads to maximize conversion rates.

  • Schedule qualified appointments and coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff.

  • Maintain a 50%+ appointment show rate and 20โ€“25% close rate on shown appointments.

  • Support dealership marketing efforts including community events, digital promotions, and QR code campaigns to increase foot traffic.

  • Collaborate with sales and management to help achieve monthly sales goals of 30โ€“50 vehicle units.

Qualifications

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in automotive BDC, customer service, or inside sales preferred.

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.

  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.

  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Structure: Salary + Bonus (performance-based incentives for appointments shown and vehicles sold).

  • Schedule: Full-time, including some evenings and weekends.
