Patient Security Monitor

We’re looking for a committed and driven Patient Security Monitor who is dedicated to patient-centered care and recovery. With BHG, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety of the site, monitoring the treatment center, and responding to disturbances as needed. Schedule: 4:45 AM - 11:00 AM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 hourly

What You’ll Do

Ensure Safety and Respect

  • Foster a secure and supportive environment by monitoring the facility, exterior entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to protect patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Help ensure a calm and orderly treatment experience by overseeing the dosing lobby until all patients have safely exited the building.
  • Respond to disturbances with professionalism. Investigate incidents, prepare accurate reports, and notify leadership when appropriate.
  • Protect the integrity of our facility by monitoring security systems and equipment, reporting any signs of tampering.

        Required Qualifications
        • 1-2 years of facilities maintenance or security experience.
        • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
        Preferred Qualifications
        • 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
        Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
        • Fast-paced clinical environment with period of increased activity.
        • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
        • Exposure to patients with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, infectious diseases, and criminal justice involvement.
        • Prolonged standing, bending, and stooping.
        • Must be able to walk and survey the premises for long durations.
        • Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
        • Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
        • Frequent keyboarding and computer use.
