The program also delivers weekend meals and a weekโ€™s worth of breakfast to about a quarter of our most frail and isolated clients. This nutritional support helps people stay independent and in their own homes.
Refugee Services: Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houstonโ€™s Refugee Services department, in conjunction with the U.S. State Department and Episcopal Migration Ministries, resettles legal refugees fleeing their homeland in fear of political, social, or religious persecution. IM helps refugees from around the world make new lives in America. Over 90% of the clients we serve are self-sufficient, productive members of the community within 6 months.

In addition, we also provide programs and services aimed at helping families achieve long-term stability including nutrition education, job training, health management, and help in securing state-funded assistance.

We provide tools to enhance the charitable sectorโ€™s capacity to serve, scale, and facilitate hands-on volunteerism in the greater Houston area.
Kidsโ€™ Meals: Kidsโ€™ Meals helps to end childhood hunger in Houston by delivering free healthy meals, year-round to the doorsteps of Houstonโ€™s hungriest preschool-aged children and through collaboration provide their families with resources to end the cycle of poverty.
