Job description

Nan and Company Properties is looking for newly licensed agents to be apart of a Top Producer Team. Ideal candidates will be polished business professionals who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. This individual must be driven and have the passion to go above and beyond.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with Contracts
- Provide assistance with social media
- Be available for accompanied showings
- Be responsible for signs pick up and drop off as needed
- Know how to operate a lock box
- Dropping off/picking up checks
- Assist in preparation for meetings
- Help with organizing/hosting events and or open houses
- Prepare Holiday cards as needed
- Administrative work
- Meeting with contractors, photographers, inspectors etc.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent level of customer service
- Real Estate License Required
- Independent and self-motivated with commitment to personal growth
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Bilingual (Optional)
