A common challenge is managing a high patient volume while providing effective, brief interventions within limited timeframes. Additionally, BHCs must navigate collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating effectively to ensure continuity of care. Flexibility, strong communication skills, and adaptability are essential for success in these dynamic environments.
