Job description

This role is Temporary Full-Time up to 3 months.
The Benefits Program Manager contributes to AHF by enhancing the efficiency of patient benefit management. Our team specializes in optimizing coverage assistance to ensure comprehensive financial support for our patients' healthcare needs. This includes managing prescription coverage programs, facilitating Ryan White and Affordable Care Act enrollments, providing out-of-pocket assistance, and overseeing enrollment and management of federal and state-funded programs such as Medicaid and Medicare. We prioritize accurate reporting and compliance
throughout these processes. Additionally, we contribute to the development of training programs and maintain appropriate staffing levels to guarantee high-quality services.
The Benefits Program Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by fostering collaboration, and upholding the quality of services provided to patients. Your contributions have a direct and positive impact on the effectiveness of AHF's healthcare programs and the overall success of the organization.
