Job description

The Behavioral Health Analyst is responsible for creating and implementing behavior plans, monitoring treatment fidelity, and facilitating team member trainings within the intensive division of PMHI. The Behavioral Health Analyst is available to team members for coaching and training and collaborates with clinical teams and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality evidence-based care.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develops and oversees individualized treatment plans, including target behaviors, treatment goals, and data collection systems.
  • Communicates with schools, therapy providers, and outpatient teams to support continuity of care after discharge.
  • Leads or contributes to staff training and development, including preceptor education and behavior-focused workshops.
  • Supports supervision of BCBA students and contributes to their professional growth.
  • Designs behavior intervention strategies to promote positive, pro-social behaviors.
  • Conducts functional behavior assessments and documents results and clinical observations.
  • Analyzes behavioral data and communicates progress with the treatment team.
  • Coaches staff in real-time on managing challenging behaviors and implementing behavior plans with fidelity.
  • Ensures consistency and treatment fidelity across staff through observation and feedback.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members on intervention strategies, staffing, patient assignments, and levels of precaution.
  • Participates in clinical rounds, staff meetings, and team discussions to support cohesive care.
  • Coordinates and facilitates family involvement, including meetings, caregiver education, and parent training in ABA techniques.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Degrees
    • Master of Science
  • Area of Study
    • Social Work, Psychology, Education or directly related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum Experience Required: Three (3) years of experience in psychiatric treatment setting
  • Licenses & Certifications
    • Basic Life Support
    • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred
  • Additional Requirements
    • BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association is required upon hire Certification must be valid for at least 6 months at time of hire

Schedule/Shift
  • 40hrs FT
  • M-F 8-430p

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $63,317.59 to $94,976.38
