Mike Bass Ford-Mazda of Sheffield Village is looking for an experienced automotive Internet/BDC Manager to join our team. Family owned and operated for 40+ years, Mike Bass Ford-Mazda has been a sales volume leader for the Ford and Mazda brands. Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of BDC department and the staffing of team members.
  • Develop and implement the group's lead process, including email templates and phone scripts.
  • Oversight to the response of leads and ensuring proper and professional follow-up.
  • Manage digital technologies used for lead generation/handling (i.e., digital retailing and chat).
  • Be the group's champion for our CRM and equity mining tools.
  • Assist with the creation and tracking of performance for sales and marketing efforts.
  • Assist with managing digital marketing tools and strategies.

Job Requirements
  • Previous automotive sales and/or management experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, phone skills, and presentation skills are a must.
  • Must have a valid Ohio license, with a clean motor vehicle record, and ability to pass a background check
