Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support production operations through welding, assembly, basic machining, inspection, and other manufacturing processes. This role is responsible for helping ensure finished products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Load and unload CNC cylinder head porting machines.
  • Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, machining finish, and overall quality to ensure products meet or exceed standards.
  • Pressure test cylinder heads according to established procedures.
  • Wash, clean, and prepare cylinder heads for assembly.
  • Perform assembly, welding, and packaging operations for a variety of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work.
  • Manage assigned supplies and equipment, including performing preventive maintenance and cleaning machinery, equipment, and work areas.
  • Assist team members with machining, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and other production-related duties as needed.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and team members to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and supply cost control.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Graduate or equivalent. Automotive Technology, Automotive High Performance, or equivalent Automotive Machine Shop Training. Engine performance and rebuilding experience is a plus. 2 years of experience in automotive machining is a plus. Must have experience with measuring and gauging equipment.
SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 1am - 9:30 am
