We are looking for a Batcher - Forklift Driver in La Crosse, WI.

The schedule options are:

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

The Batcher performs all tasks involved in the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse. The Batcher follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and practices safe work habits and works in all areas of the warehouse. This position regularly handles bags of product that are up to 25 kg. (55.115 lbs.) and occasionally handles bags of product that are up to 100 lbs.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures for batching procedures are consistently adhered to.
  • Ensure the warehouse is properly organized with products scanned into correct locations.
  • Accurately and efficiently read ingredients and count the number of bags per pallet.
  • Complete necessary paperwork; ensuring all documentation requirements are met during batching process.
  • Work with Quality, Line Leaders/Assistant Line Leaders and Supervisors on requests for additional ingredients as well as clarification on lot quantities of batches.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Our La Crosse, WI, plant is home to approximately 330 employees. This facility supplies the food, beverage, and nutritional industries with innovative functional ingredients and superior quality contract manufacturing services.
