This company is known for its technical depth, collaborative culture, and ability to execute high-complexity BAS integrations across enterprise facilities. You'll work with advanced Schneider Electric platforms while supporting high-visibility projects and continuous system innovation.

Position Details:
  • Title: Sr. Schneider Electric BAS Programmer
  • Location: Multiple high-profile sites (regional travel may be required)
  • Status: Full-Time | Hourly + Overtime
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay: $62.00 - $85.00/hour (DOE) + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program, configure, and deploy Schneider Electric BAS platforms (EcoStruxure, Andover Continuum, and related systems)
  • Design system logic, control algorithms, and intuitive graphical user interfaces
  • Develop BAS applications using standard libraries or customized programming
  • Modify and optimize Sequences of Operation; handle advanced system troubleshooting
  • Set up alarms, schedules, trend logs, and network configurations
  • Integrate third-party HVAC and electrical equipment using BACnet, Modbus, LON, and other open protocols
  • Independently manage assigned BAS projects and coordinate with field installation teams
  • Commission, test, and verify full building automation system functionality onsite
  • Collaborate with IT teams, cybersecurity stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless BAS interoperability
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior controls technicians and HVAC automation specialists
