Objective:
The Digital Banking Support Representative will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of customer accounts and for all customer calls/questions regarding all digital banking needs.ย 
Classification: This position is a Full-Time Non-Exempt position who reports directly to the Electronic Services Supervisor.ย 
ย Location: Kokomo- Main Branch Downtown
Essential Functions:
โ€ขย ย Assist customers with multiple aspects of online banking and associated services. Which include, but are not limited to Mobile Deposits, Remote Deposit Capture, and services within the Treasury Management suite of products.ย 
โ€ขย ย Answering and assisting with Call Center customer calls and issue resolutionย 
โ€ขย ย Perform daily review of reports associated with digital banking and debit cards.
โ€ขย ย Perform/Assist with audits pertaining to digital banking. ย 
โ€ขย ย Handle ACH-related items in accordance with bank policies and NACHA rules. ย 
โ€ขย ย Provide customer assistance with troubleshooting all services related to digital banking.ย 
โ€ขย ย Setting up and assisting with services offered by Treasury Management team. Be a point of contact for the team and customersย 
โ€ขย ย Miscellaneous tasks/projects assigned by Electronic Services Supervisor or Operations Manager.ย 
Education & Experience:
โ€ขย ย Banking Experience and/or Digital Banking Experience Preferredย 
โ€ขย ย High School Diploma/GED Requiredย 
โ€ขย ย Technical capacity and ability to adapt to multiple digital banking systemsย 
โ€ขย ย Ability to work well with others and make recommendations for changesย 
โ€ขย ย Effective customer service and problem-solving skillsย 
โ€ขย ย Ability to multi-task and meet short deadlinesย 
โ€ขย ย Ability to understand and work within policy and regulatory guidelinesย
