Description


The Electronic Banking Representative provides exceptional customer service and operational support for the Bank's electronic banking services, including online banking, mobile banking, ACH, cash management, and other digital banking products. This position assists customers with account access, troubleshooting, and service requests while ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with Bank policies and applicable regulations. This position also provides overflow customer service support by assisting customers with account information requests and account transfer inquiries.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, ACH, and cash management services.
  • Provide prompt, professional customer service by phone and in person.
  • Process and verify ACH transactions, stop payments, sweeps, and other electronic banking activities.
  • Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor daily reports and perform operational tasks in accordance with Bank procedures.
  • Collect and prepare outgoing Bank mail for USPS delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide exceptional customer service.
