Capital Ford of Lillington is looking for driven, customer-focused individuals to join our growing Automotive Sales team! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by opportunity, this could be the perfect next step in your career. 

Whether you have automotive sales experience or are transitioning from retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurant, call center, or other commission-based roles, we provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed from day one. 

No previous car sales experience? No problem. 

Our hands-on training program is built to help you learn the process step-by-step with real coaching, mentorship, and support from experienced team members who want to see you grow. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression
  • Build rapport and learn each customer's wants, needs, and budget 
  • Present vehicle options that align with the customer's lifestyle
  • Demonstrate key vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives 
  • Assist customers throughout the entire sales journey, from initial conversation to final delivery 
  • Maintain follow-up communication to build long-term customer relationships 
  • Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training 
  • Support a collaborative, team-focused sales environment
