Job Responsibilities
  • Understandand implement dealership salesprocess
  • Ownand excel at every aspect of the sales process(from newclient prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  • Presentand demonstrate inventory
  • Review,update and manage daily inventoryreports
  • Createand execute strategies for increasing marketshare
  • Prepareand review monthly plans with salesleadership
  • MaintainCustomer Service Index, Gross Average andmonthly units todealership standards
  • Remainup-to-date on products, market trends andcertification

Requirements
  • Prior retail automotive experience preferred
  • Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
