As an Automotive Sales Consultant / Internet Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a best-in-class experience that reflects the high standards of both Mitchell Selig Ford and the Ford Motor Company brand.

What You'll DoCustomer Experience & Sales
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through every interaction—in person, online, by phone, email, and text

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget

  • Build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships

  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives

  • Clearly communicate vehicle features, benefits, financing options, warranties, and dealership services

  • Demonstrate the value of purchasing from Mitchell Selig Ford

  • Negotiate pricing and guide customers through the purchase process

  • Close vehicle sales while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction

 Internet & Digital Sales
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, online inquiries, and digital showroom requests

  • Manage CRM follow-up activities through phone calls, emails, text messaging, and video communication

  • Set and confirm showroom appointments

  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the buying journey

  • Achieve internet lead conversion, appointment, and sales goals

  • Utilize dealership technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and opportunities

 Product Knowledge & Professional Development
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of new Ford vehicles, pre-owned inventory, accessories, incentives, promotions, and financing programs

  • Stay current on automotive industry trends and product updates

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

  • Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service performance

 Relationship Building
  • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction

  • Generate repeat business and customer referrals
