What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Impact)
As the IT Manager, you will oversee enterprise IT operations while serving as a strategic partner to both local leadership and our parent company's corporate IT team.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage IT staff through coaching, performance management, and clear expectations
  • Serve as a member of the RenewAire Executive Team and lead the IT Steering Committee
  • Partner with corporate IT to align policies, Microsoft licensing, infrastructure, and security standards
  • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and future growth
  • Lead enterprise and infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and integrations
  • Oversee network, hardware, software, phone systems, security systems, and office technology
  • Manage ERP, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V), SAN, firewalls, and network security
  • Ensure data protection through disaster recovery, backup procedures, and system audits
  • Support manufacturing and production systems, including automated equipment
  • Oversee reporting, database management, and custom report development
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate hardware, software, and service contracts
  • Develop IT budgets and capital expenditure proposals
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and escalation support when needed

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 5+ years of IT experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading IT teams
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and systems administration experience
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technology trends
  • Experience administering help desk or ticketing systems
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization (preferred)
  • Experience with databases, reporting, and data analysis (preferred)
  • Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
