Position Overview
The Automotive Service Center Counter Representative is the first point of contact for customers at our shop. Youll play a vital role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, clear communication, and efficient service from start to finish.
This role involves answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing work orders, handling customer inquiries, and supporting our technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience. Using All Tune Total Car Cares Red Carpet Callback Procedure, youll follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term loyalty.
Schedule
  • Full-time: 5 days per week
  • MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist with service needs
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and follow up on missed or canceled bookings
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the service team regarding repair timelines and updates
  • Create, update, and process work orders using the shops Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Prepare accurate customer invoices and ensure proper filing of all paperwork and records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front counter and reception area
  • Perform customer follow-up calls using the Red Carpet Callback Procedure to ensure satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
  • No experience necessary we provide training for the right candidate
  • Prior experience in customer service or automotive environments preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid state drivers license and clean driving record required
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
