Subaru of Jacksonville is looking for an experienced, high-energy Internet / Sales Consultant to join our sales team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do
  • Make phone calls, set appointments, manage internet, phone, and walk-in traffic
  • Ensure CRM usage, follow-up processes, and lead management best practices
  • Conduct one-on-one training sessions and daily sales meetings
  • Oversee trade appraisals, pricing strategy, and inventory management
  • Maintain high CSI scores and ensure a transparent, customer-focused sales process
  • Work closely with the GM and department leaders to hit monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Desk Manager, Sales Manager, or F&I Manager
  • Strong desking skills (payment structure, lending, rebates, incentives, warranty products)
  • Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
  • Expertise with CRM, desking tools, and DMS systems
  • Ability to manage a sales process from lead to delivery with consistency and accountability
  • A customer-first mindset with sharp closing skills
  • Valid driver's license
