Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forestย is seeking a motivated, personable, and customer-focused Bilingual BDC Sales Representativeย to join our team! In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, helping turn online inquiries, phone calls, and leads into real sales opportunities.ย 

We're looking for someone who is confident communication with customers in both English and Spanish, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by creating a great customer experience while achieving sales goals. If you're energetic, organized, and comfortable connecting with people over the phone and online, we'd love to hear from you!ย 

What You'll Be Doingย 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customers leads through phone, email, text, and online inquiries.ย 
  • Communicate with customers in English and Spanish to understand their needs and help guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Follow up consistently with new and existing leads to create and maintain sales opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and buying timeline.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team.
  • Provide customers with information about vehicles, dealership services, promotions, and available inventory.
  • Highlight vehicle features, benefits, and value to help generate interest and move customers toward an appointment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity within the CRM.
  • Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely and consistent follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with BDC team members, Sales Consultants, management, and other departments.
  • Stay informed about current inventory, dealership promotions, and automotive market trends.
  • Follow established BDC processes and communication standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish โ€” strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, BDC, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
