A Parts associate has excellent attention to detail and is responsible for managing inventory. They ensure that parts or supplies needed for production are available for team members. To be successful as a Parts associate, you must be highly organized. A good Parts Manager anticipates the needs of production workers and ensures that all materials needed for production are provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Medical (including Prescription Plan)

  • Group Life & AD&D Insurance
  • 401(k) starts January or July following a year of employment
  • 1 Week after one year of employment.
  • 2 Weeks after three years of employment.
  • 4 Personal days, accrue 1 every 3 months of employment.
  • Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
  • Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
  • Work closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
