JOB PURPOSE:The Retail Sales Associate acts as the primary point of contact for NAPAs retail and wholesale customers. A person in this position is responsible for ensuring sales by determining customers' needs, assisting in securing necessary parts, maintaining personal and store image, and ensuring customers receive a good experience.
DUTIES:
  • Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
  • Greet customers and demonstrate ability to quickly understand needs.
  • Secure correct parts and resolving issues for customers.
  • Maintain appearance of store and displays.
  • Assist in receiving/stocking incoming merchandise.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid Drivers License preferred.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
