Pay: $17-$20/hour; based on experience
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Qualifications: 

-Basic Auto Parts Knowledge - Understanding of common car parts is a plus.
-Bilingual (English-Spanish) Preferred - Strong communication with a diverse customer base.
-Customer Service & Verbal Skills - Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflicts effectively.
-Integrity & Professionalism - Enforce policies while maintaining respect for all customers.
Physical Stamina - Ability to work outdoors and stay on your feet for a full shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Protect Our Business & Customers - Check customer bags and receipts at exit to ensure all parts are paid for.

-Be observant - Identify body language cues that indicate possible theft and perform perimeter walks to prevent parts from being thrown outside the yard.

-Provide Great Customer Service - Build positive relationships and understand what customers are looking for.

-Assist in Sales Accuracy - Work with CSRs to verify correct pricing and part sales.

-Handle Situations Professionally - Treat every customer with respect, including those caught violating policies, and work closely with supervisors to de-escalate issues.

-Stay Active & Alert - Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift in outdoor conditions.
