Role Responsibilities
  • Identify and provide accurate parts for internal and external customers to ensure timely vehicle service.
  • Receive, stock, and maintain inventory with precision, including cycle counts and proper stocking levels.
  • Process shipments and returns, including incorrect or defective parts, ensuring vendor compliance.
  • Control supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Allocate parts using CarMax systems for seamless workflow and accurate documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate PC skills, including spreadsheet proficiency.
