What does an auto parts associate do?

An Auto Parts Associate helps customers find and purchase the correct auto parts and accessories for their vehicles. They provide product information, check inventory, process transactions, and may also assist with stocking shelves or managing returns. Strong customer service and knowledge of automotive components are important for this role. Auto Parts Associates often work in retail stores, dealerships, or auto supply shops.
