Here's what you'll deliver:

  • Offloading incoming deliveries and returns from other dealerships or delivery hubs
  • Organizing incoming deliveries by the outbound driver
  • Researching orders on Elite Extra platform
  • Collaborate with other members of the automotive parts delivery team, as well as dealership parts staff to ensure that deliveries are made on time and to the correct locations.
  • Track the status of shipments and keep customers informed about any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Process payments for delivered parts, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, and transactions, using a variety of computer-based and manual record-keeping systems.
  • Collaborate with dealership parts departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
  • Occasionally drive and deliver parts when required. This includes providing safe, timely and correct parts deliveries to our wholesale customers while using the company provided cell phone with ELITE EXTRA delivery application.
  • Inspecting and maintaining the delivery vehicle, including regular maintenance and cleaning, to ensure it remains in good working order.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by management.

Here's what you'll need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Experience working with automotive parts is considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service background with proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Must be reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of google applications, sheets and team drive.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure work environment while effectively managing competing and changing priorities.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime hours (minimal)

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual compensation): $50,000 - $55,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
