Summaryย 

The position of Picker and Packer, under the direction of theย Logisticsย Supervisor, is primarily responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures orders are processed efficiently,ย maintainsย warehouse organization, and supports inventory control while adhering to all company safety standards.ย ย ย 

Duties and Responsibilitiesย 

  • Pick and pack orders accuratelyย in accordance withย order pick listsย ย 

  • Verify items, quantities, and condition of products prior to shipmentย ย 

  • Print labels and prepare orders for the shipping departmentย ย 

  • Wrap and strap skids to ensure safe and secure transportationย ย 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentย ย 

  • Follow all company safety rules, policies, and regulationsย ย 

  • Assistย in counting of physical inventory and cycle counts asย requiredย ย 

  • Coordinate with shipping personnel to ensureย timelyย order processingย ย 

  • Ensure materials are properly handled and storedย ย 

  • Perform other duties as assignedย 

Requirementsย 

  • High School diploma or GED diplomaย requiredย ย ย 

  • Computer literate, including working knowledge of Excel and email systems.ย ย ย 

  • Prior experience with material handling equipment is preferredย ย 

  • Capable of physical labor (lifting, moving inventory, etc.)ย ย ย 

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentย ย ย

Working Conditionsย
