Location: Belleville, Ontario

Choose the Schedule That Fits Your LifeWeekday Shift
  • Monday–Friday
  • 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • 40 hours per week
Weekend Shift
  • Friday–Sunday
  • 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m.
  • Work 36 hours while being paid for 40
  • Four days off every week

Both shifts offer the same salary and bonus opportunity.

The Role

This isn't a typical warehouse scheduling job.

You'll transform customer orders, operational data, and shipping requirements into a clear execution plan for the warehouse floor. You'll determine:

  • What needs to move
  • When it needs to move
  • How work should be prioritized to meet shipping deadlines

You'll work closely with warehouse associates, Team Leads, and Shift Supervisors, directing workflow and adjusting priorities as conditions change.

This role offers meaningful responsibility, decision-making autonomy, and close collaboration with the broader operations team.

What You'll Do
  • Build and adjust outbound schedules and order priorities.
  • Direct workflow based on volumes, deadlines, and shipping cutoffs.
  • Coordinate picking, staging, loading, and carrier requirements.
  • Make real-time scheduling adjustments as operational priorities change.
  • Resolve scheduling discrepancies, delays, and operational exceptions.
  • Use Excel and warehouse systems to monitor workflow and performance.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • Lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
    • Formulas
  • Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in scheduling, logistics, inventory, financial analysis, or operational planning.
  • Confidence communicating priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Experience using SAP or another ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to make independent decisions.
Preferred Experience
  • Direct SAP experience is an asset but not required.
  • Candidates with transferable ERP or warehouse systems experience will receive training.
