We are HIRING NOW for an Automotive Customer Service Representative to assist customers over the phone, schedule service appointments, follow up with clients, and help deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish in our Business Development Center (BDC). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment.

Hours: 

Monday – Friday: Starting at 8:00AM (8-hour day with an hour lunch break)

What You’ll Do:

  • You'll spend your days engaging with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • You'll assist in coordinating service appointments and managing customer inquiries.
  • You'll contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient service environment.
  • Conduct outbound calls for service reminders, declined services, and followâ€'ups 
  • Update customer information and document all interactions in the CRM 
  • Assist customers with basic service questions, transportation needs, and appointment preparation 
  • Support service campaigns, recalls, and maintenance outreach 
  • Maintain high standards of communication that reflect the Mercedesâ€'Benz brand 
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to meet department goals 

 
What You’ll Bring:

  • Customer service, receptionist, call center, hospitality, administrative, and/or appointment scheduling experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and scheduling tools 
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a teamâ€'oriented attitude
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
