  Inside Sales / Customer Support RepresentativeMonday-Friday: Day Shift$28-32 per hour (based on experience)

Our Team is currently looking for a Service Writer Customer Support Representative to keep up our level of commitment to customer service. This is a great opportunity for a knowledgeable service writer representative to apply his or her skills in a company that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Retail focus - Customer Relationship
  • Solicit sale of new or additional services
  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Utilizes computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims.
  • Communicating with customer in person, over the phone and using computer
  • Handle/resolve service-related concerns
  • Responsible for writing clear and informative repair orders

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years strong inside sales experience required
  • Previous diesel/auto customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to create professional relationships with customers
  • Diesel technician background a plus
  • CDL is a Plus

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
  • Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
  • The associate must be able to read and write reports. High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be able to obtain DOT Med Card
