Position Summary
What will you do in this role?
  • Business Development of new For-Profit leads in the Milwaukee area
  • Grow the Milwaukee office Sikich team
  • Drive project and team management with the Milwaukee For-Profit group
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with For-Profit clients, providing exceptional client service and addressing their unique needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop audit staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive services to For-Profit clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the For-Profit audit practice.
