Job description

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join a growing company in the San Diego area. This person will be responsible for heavy analyics and due diligence on various financial investments. A significant portion of the role will entail liaising with external parties and performing due diligence and analysis while also providing writing memos. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in audit and want to be in an analyst role.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting operational due diligence and heavy analytics
  • Assessing fraud risk, back office sufficiency, conflicts of interest and other potential business risks
  • Drafting research reports and communicating research findings to clients
  • Advanced usage of Excel

Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of audit experience
  • CPA or on track to getting CPA
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and critically
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be proactive with a high sense of urgency
