  • Set up, organize, and reset event spaces, materials, decorations, and equipment before and after activities.
  • Greet members and guests, answer questions, and provide support throughout events and programs.
  • Assist with event flow, activity transitions, check-in support, and general hospitality during programming.
  • Operate microphones, music, and basic audio/visual equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment during all events and activities.
  • Report incidents, hazards, or member concerns promptly to the Member Experience team.
  • Support evening, weekend, holiday, and seasonal programming as needed.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, recreation, childcare, events, or other member-facing roles preferred.
  • Comfortable working with children, families, and adults.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
We are especially interested in candidates who are comfortable leading or assisting with:
  • Dance classes such as line dancing, Zumba, or similar activities.
  • Yoga, stretching, or beginner wellness and fitness sessions.
  • Poolside activities or water aerobics.
  • Arts and crafts for children, families, and adults.
  • Music, singing, or performance-based activities.
  • Trivia, scavenger hunts, games, and themed event entertainment.
  • Other hobbies, talents, or special skills that can enhance the member experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Outgoing, energetic, and welcoming personality.
  • Enjoys working with members and guests of all ages.
  • Strong hospitality and customer service mindset.
  • Comfortable leading a group, giving instructions, and encouraging participation.
  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Availability for most weekends and the ability to host and support events or activities 2–3 weekdays each week based on club programming needs.
  • Flexibility to work programming that may take place in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable being active and on your feet for extended periods.
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely lift items up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, pulling, and repetitive movement.
  • Ability to reach, bend, and remain standing for long periods.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond thoughtfully to members, guests, and team members.
