VNE, LLC is looking for a Secret Cleared Audio Visual Director/Producer II
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts, communications, graphic design, or animation.

Experience:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of related training and development experience preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in directing or producing audio visual projects
  • Experience in creating instructional materials with the use of eLearning design programs such as Adobe Captivate - Familiarity with SCORM may be sufficient.
  • Experience in development of online curriculums, online video instruction, and virtual teaching.
  • Experience in preparing scripts and voice-over content as narration for technical process videos.
  • Able to learn a variety of virtual education platforms and software programs that provide students with creative lessons that address all learning styles.
  • "Understanding of Learning Management Systems and their administrational and functional capabilities." It looks like we may be moving in this direction with our FSRiaB so having some knowledge and understanding may be helpful.
  • "Familiarity with Instructional Design best practices in eLearning and in-person environments." (Active Learning, Microlearning)
  • Experience in creating and executing in-person, interactive, simulation-based learning practices that provide students with an "immersive" understanding of the online content and make connections between new content and previously learned material.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Knowledge of current publications and guides pertaining to DoD System Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education
  • Strong organizational, analytical, creative, problem solving and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed to effectively respond to common inquiries from employees, or members of the business community
  • Proven experience with successful project management & time management preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Secret level Clearance required.

Additional Experience Desired;
  • Knowledge of or experience using current industry best practices for developing Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM)-compliant content
  • Knowledge of or experience using Learning Management Systems, including Moodle
  • Knowledge of international standard S1000D and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) development
  • Experience with Adobe Premier Pro, Open Broadcaster Software (OBS), or other YouTube-oriented content creation tools
  • Experience producing quality voice-over narration for short (2-9 minutes) videos

Job Description:
  • Develop content, multimedia visual aids, educational videos, and other training materials as needed using a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Produce audio/visual media to support learning and development objectives.
  • Assess, leverage, and optimize educational content from third parties.
  • Manage multiple training projects to meet stated objectives and timelines.
  • Organize logical training by interviewing subject matter experts and conducting research to obtain the information to be taught.
  • Determine practical audio/visual media standards for production.
  • Learn new technologies and processes to create efficient and effective training.
  • Assist other trainers in the development of virtual classroom content, video, and content editing, and creating new simulations and activities that pertain to USMC learning standards.
  • Perform research and development into best practices and identifying required software and online capabilities.

Essential Duties of the Job:
  • Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
  • Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
  • Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
  • Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face
