WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and facilities teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AV integration opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to bundle AV solutions with furniture and interior projects through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients.

Business Development

  • Prospect and generate new AV integration opportunities within existing Continua accounts and new targets.
  • Collaborate with furniture and architectural solutions sales teams to uncover opportunities to cross sell AV services to existing clients and projects.
  • Respond to RFPs, develop proposals, and present integrated AV solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and activity reporting in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and margin targets.

Solution Development & Sales Process

  • Participate in experience center tours with clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments and consultative discovery meetings.
  • Coordinate with AV engineers to develop system solutions, budgets, and client proposals.
  • Present system concepts including conferencing solutions, digital signage, collaboration technology, sound masking, and control systems.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales.

Project Oversight & Client Experience

  • Ensure successful project handoff to project management and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage customer expectations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through project completion and post-installation follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities for service agreements and ongoing support contracts.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or project management within the commercial audio visual industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn other systems and programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Able to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, allocate time, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills: ability to clarify the nature of a challenge, evaluate alternatives, and propose solutions. 
  • Professional communication skills; willingness to grow and invest in strong relationships with customers. 
  • Ability to attend networking events outside of normal business hours, occasional out-of-state industry trainings, and customer events. 
  • Ability to travel to customer sites. 
  • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The hiring compensation for this position includes a base salary of $75,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) and commissions. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.

HOURS:
