Your Purpose as a Product Specialist:

  • Greets guests and creates an exceptional, professional, and welcoming Audi experience through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Personalizes every guest interaction, including company-provided leads, internet inquiries, referrals, repeat guests, and walk-in guests.
  • Conducts Audi vehicle feature and benefit presentations by assisting guests during test drives.
  • Maintains strong product knowledge across the Audi model lineup to effectively answer guest questions.
  • Serves as a Audi product expert by staying informed on new vehicles, features, and accessories, and clearly communicating their benefits to guests.
  • Coordinates and delivers Audi vehicles upon completion of the purchase process, ensuring a premium delivery experience.
  • Assists guests with troubleshooting Audi technology and vehicle features.
  • Remains current on Audi brand-specific products, features, and accessories by attending required product training and courses.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle 
  • Prior customer service preferred
