What You’ll Do

  • Present and structure financing options that align customer needs with dealership profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and local lending partners
  • Maximize finance income through compliant product offerings (VSC, GAP,insurance, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and federalregulations
  • Partner closely with Sales to deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience
  • Contribute directly to dealership performance, CSI, and long-term growth

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive finance
  • Deep understanding of automotive lending, credit profiles, and finance products
  • Strong deal-closing ability with ethical, customer-first communication
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
