Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair Audi vehicles according to Audi factory standards.

  • Perform advanced diagnostics using Audi-approved equipment and software.

  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately.

  • Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections and provide maintenance recommendations.

  • Participate in ongoing Audi factory training and stay current with the latest technology and repair procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Accurately document repairs and follow all Audi and dealership procedures.

Qualifications
  • Audi Factory Certifications highly preferred.

  • 3+ years of Audi/VW service or dealership experience required.
