Role Summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audi Service Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, with a focus on the Audi brand. Experience with Audi, Volkswagen (VW), or Porsche vehicles is preferred. This role ensures our customers receive high-quality, safe, and reliable service.

More about the role

  • Perform accurate diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Carry out necessary repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
  • Test drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to ensure repairs are completed successfully and to manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and services recommended.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Occasionally communicate with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.

What we look for

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is required.
  • Experience working with Audi, VW, or Porsche preferred.
  • Applicable certifications and technical trainings.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and technical manuals.
