Audi Novi is hiring an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. If you know the pace of a busy parts department, understand how important accuracy is, and take pride in supporting both customers and technicians, this is a strong opportunity to step into a high-impact role with a premium dealership.

Our Parts Advisors are a critical part of the service operation. You will help keep repairs moving by identifying the right parts, managing orders, supporting the service team, assisting customers, and maintaining organized, accurate inventory.

We are looking for someone who is detail-driven, customer-focused, and ready to contribute immediately.

What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you will:

Assist customers, technicians, vendors, and internal team members with parts requests in a professional and timely manner.

Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist customers at the parts counter.

Look up, identify, and specify automotive parts accurately.

Check stock availability, place parts orders, and communicate updates clearly.

Partner with Service Advisors and Technicians to coordinate parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Create accurate invoices and process payments or credit authorizations as needed.

Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming parts.

Verify shipments against invoices and purchase orders for quantity, condition, cost, and accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter, work area, and stockroom.

Support inventory accuracy, records of goods received, and perpetual inventory controls.

Process core returns, warranty parts, special orders, and parts returns as needed.

What You'll Bring

Automotive parts knowledge required.

Dealership parts experience strongly preferred.

Audi, Volkswagen, German brand, or luxury dealership parts experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

A sense of urgency and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
