Job description

Audi Brand Specialist

Audi Columbus | Columbus, Ohio

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Audi Brand Specialist.

This is more than a traditional automotive sales position. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for automobiles, technology, and working with people, and who is interested in building a long-term career in luxury automotive sales.

Our Audi sales team consists of experienced, long-tenured professionals who work closely together and take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. The right candidate will be comfortable becoming part of this team environment while developing their own loyal client base and professional reputation.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to comfortably and professionally interact with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds.
  • A genuine passion for automobiles and an interest in learning the Audi brand and product line in depth.
  • Strong general technology skills and the ability to quickly learn and master the advanced technology found in Audi vehicles, as well as dealership CRM, sales, and other computer systems.
  • A professional appearance, attitude, and communication style appropriate for a luxury automotive environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence and discipline necessary to consistently move opportunities toward a successful sale.
  • A team-first attitude. Our team members work closely together, and we expect everyone to be willing to assist colleagues and clients during busy periods.
  • The ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat and referral business.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • The motivation to continually improve their product knowledge, sales abilities, and understanding of the luxury automotive market.
  • The ability and willingness to work every Saturday.

Experience & Education

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, particularly experience with a luxury or premium automotive brand, but it is not required.

We are willing to train and support the right individual who demonstrates the communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, technological aptitude, and desire to establish a long-term career in automotive sales.

Previous experience involving sales, negotiation, business development, client relationship management, or closing transactions is highly desirable.

A college degree in Communications, Business, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Who Will Succeed Here

We are not simply looking for someone who wants to "sell cars."

We are looking for someone who wants to become an automotive sales professionalโ€”someone who enjoys learning the product, understanding the client's needs, developing relationships, negotiating professionally, closing business, and building a long-term book of repeat and referral clients.

If you are passionate about automobiles and technology, enjoy working with people, and are looking for an opportunity to build a lasting career representing one of the world's leading premium automotive brands, we would like to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Saturday availability is required.
