ATS Logistics, Inc.

Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 base salary + performance-based incentive compensation. Total cash compensation potential of $75,000 - $225,000

ATS Logistics is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Sales Director to lead and develop our sales organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing sales performance, developing top talent, and executing strategic initiatives that support the continued success of ATS Logistics.

As a key member of the management team, the Director of Sales will provide vision, leadership, and direction for sales operations while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines transportation industry expertise with proven sales leadership experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

What You'll DoSales Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth and support long-term business objectives.
  • Establish, coordinate, and oversee comprehensive sales plans, programs, and initiatives.
  • Guide sales leaders and teams in achieving performance goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of progressive sales leadership and/or operational leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of the transportation, logistics, and supply chain industry.
  • Proven success leading teams and driving measurable business results.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience leading sales teams within the transportation or third-party logistics (3PL) industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and creating scalable processes.
  • Strong business acumen with experience influencing senior leaders and key stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 annually

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, skills, certifications, and geographic considerations. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
