Job description

At Bank Five Nine, we're dedicated to making lives better - for our customers, our communities, and our employees. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Help Desk Specialist I to join our team and provide top-notch technical support.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and phone equipment.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Perform routine computer maintenance and clean-up tasks.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve technical problems.

What We're Looking For:

Must-haves:

  • Associate's degree or ongoing college-level coursework in a computer-related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Previous help desk troubleshooting experience.
  • The ability to work on-site at our headquarters in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working in a help desk capacity, preferably in the banking industry.
