Mailroom Associate

This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 2 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your work schedule. Training will be conducted onsite.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail from USPS
  • Cross train and work in all processes of mailroom operation
  • Repetitive movements including sit, stand, kneel, reach
  • Do mail run to 155 or 95 building
  • Handling requests from Outlook inboxes
  • Mail sorting - from internal mail couriers
  • Process all outgoing mail and packages
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
  • Run the postage / mailing machines

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Familiarity with computer applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic)
  • Ability to work any of our full time, shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. or sit for long periods of time

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
