Account Services/Client Management Director CareBridge - CareBridge Growth and Client Success

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Account Services/Client Management Director is responsible for establishing relationships across a portfolio of health plans and with key internal stakeholders to drive business results while actively driving growth through expanding existing client solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship and account management skills, significant experience in client-facing roles with executive-level stakeholders, consulting experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a professional presence to effectively represent CareBridge.

How you will make an impact:

  • Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with CareBridge's services, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams for program services implementation.

  • Partnering with cross-functional operations and finance teams to forecast and track key operational and financial metrics.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with leadership at managed care organizations, including performing site visits and conducting monthly and quarterly performance reviews.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare preferred.

  • Strong relationship and account management skills, with significant experience in client-facing roles with executive-level stakeholders, consulting, and value-based care, is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in large-scale healthcare or state Medicaid and Medicare programs is strongly preferred.

  • Strong hands-on analytical experience with the ability to independently synthesize data into clear, concise PowerPoint presentations and client-ready reports, and confidently present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders is strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment where quick and effective decision-making is crucial, with exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability, is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts towards common goals is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to navigate executive discussions and influence decision-making is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, notably PowerPoint for client presentations, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word, is strongly preferred.
