The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Type

Full-Time/Regular

This position is responsible for recieving, sorting, and distributing packages for residents in West Campus using the package tracking software database. Contact residents if they have received a perishable package. Provide excellent customer service while dealing with difficult situations. Assist residents with mailbox issues and provide instruction on mailbox use. Clean and maintain the mailroom by keeping it neat and well organized at all times. Look up information for misdirected or incomplete mail or packages and take the appropriate action by forwarding, redirecting, or returning to sender.

Required Skills

High School Diploma, strong customer service skills and one year of related experience.
