Brief Job Description:

The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida is seeking Greenkeepers/Equipment Operators to join our dynamic team. The Greenskeeper performs work involving the use of turf maintenance equipment; including tractors, loaders, skid-steers, trenchers, trucks, mowers, spreaders, and other items related to maintaining the golf course and golf-scape.

Job Duties:

  • Cutting greens, rolling greens, hand watering, pumping of flood waters, landscape and flower maintenance, bunker raking, etc.
  • Completes work in a timely and efficient manner while not compromising the safety of themselves or other crew members
  • Ensures that the equipment is working properly at all times; refills fuel and oil daily; cleans equipment daily; and reports equipment problems or failures to the Head Technician or supervisor immediately
  • Other duties may include but shall not be limited to: maintenance of landscape areas, seed and soil, rotary mowing and string trimming, basic equipment operation and cleaning of shop

  • Be dependable and willing to learn
  • Have experience but not required
